The Ivy Gate model is unique, ambitious, and revolutionary, focusing on all that’s best in estate agency by offering an end to end, personal service, much like the American “realtor” model, operated from a central ‘hub’ location rather than multiple local branches.

The business has grown rapidly from a single territory to a multiple territory ‘hub’ in just three years. In addition, we have opened offices in the USA and in the Middle East.

We are looking to develop our business throughout the UK and globally and are actively on the look out for key positions both in our existing business and for new territories.

SALES ASSOCIATE - Kingston upon Thames

Ivy Gate is an award winning estate agency business and the model is unique, ambitious, and revolutionary, focusing on all that’s best in estate agency by offering an end to end, personal service, much like the American ‘realtor’ model, operating from a central location rather than multiple local branches.

Type:
Permanent position

Location:
Kingston upon Thames – covering territories within 10 square miles of this location.

Working Hours:
Mon – Sat 8:45am- 6pm. 5 Day working week.

Remuneration:
A competitive basic salary (£15,000-£20,000) and uncapped commission.

Main Responsibilities

·         Promote yourself and the company/brand within your local community/area through different channels including social media/local events/networking.

·         Meeting and managing both vendors and applicants alike.
Booking in/carrying out viewings within your territory.

·         Managing your diary efficiently to ensure all appointments run smoothly as well as the appointments booked for you by other team members.

·         Offering outstanding customer service at every opportunity, ensuring all customers receive this exceptional standard from their first point of contact.

·         Meeting sales and customer service focused targets and exceeding at every opportunity.

·         Assisting the Personal Relationship Manager (and Director where necessary) with a portfolio of properties.

SALES ASSOCIATE - Borehamwood

Ivy Gate is an award winning estate agency business and the model is unique, ambitious, and revolutionary, focusing on all that’s best in estate agency by offering an end to end, personal service, much like the American ‘realtor’ model, operating from a central location rather than multiple local branches.

Permanent position

Location:
Borehamwood – covering territories to include Barnet and Finchley.

Working Hours:
Mon – Sat 8am- 6pm (day off in lieu every 2 weeks)

Remuneration:
A competitive basic salary (£15,000-£20,000) and uncapped commission.

Main Responsibilities

·         Promote yourself and the company/brand within your local community/area through different channels including social media/local events/networking.

·         To bring property onto the market using the correct comparable evidence to ensure they sell efficiently at the correct market value.

·         Meeting and managing both vendors and applicants alike.
Booking in/carrying out viewings within your territory.

·         Managing your diary efficiently to ensure all appointments run smoothly as well as the appointments booked for you by other team members.

  • Based in Kingston Upon Thames – covering territories within 10 square miles of this location
  • Permanent
  • Mon-Fri 8:45am – 6pm with alternate Saturdays, or every Saturday as appropriate
  • A competitive basic salary and uncapped commission

Main responsibilities

  • Promote yourself and the company offering within your local community/area through social media/local events/networking
  • To bring property onto the market using the correct comparable evidence to ensure they sell efficiently at the correct market value
  • Making sure your diary is managed correctly to ensure you are able to attend all of the appointments booked by yourself and for yourself by the office team
  • Offering the best customer service without fail to every customer showing interest in the brand
  • Manage our multiple service offerings such as mortgages, legal services etc

Skills

  • 2 Years + experience at Valuer level or above
  • Outstanding customer service, immaculate presentation and attention to detail
  • Good local knowledge and the ability to carry out detailed research to ensure correct pricing and advice
  • A desire to drive forward your own business and progress your career within the company
  • Self motivated and the ability to generate your own leads and opportunities
