The business has grown rapidly from a single territory to a multiple territory ‘hub’ in just three years. In addition, we have opened offices in the USA and in the Middle East.

We are looking to develop our business throughout the UK and globally and are actively on the look out for key positions both in our existing business and for new territories.

GRADUATE TRAINEE ASSOCIATE

The Ivy Gate model is unique, ambitious, and revolutionary, focusing on all that’s best in estate agency by offering an end to end, personal service, much like the American “realtor” model, operated from a central location rather than multiple local branches.

The role of Graduate Associate is an opportunity to join the business and learn every aspect of residential real estate from the very best in the industry. Under an ‘Academy’ format, the new Associate will go through an intensive training and mentoring scheme, with full support from the Management team as part of a cohort of other Associates

This is not a challenge for the feint hearted; this is a demanding role and we are looking for the brightest stars to join us. For the most successful, there will be the chance to grow the business over coming years, six figure earnings potential, and ultimately, with the opportunity to set up an Ivy Gate partnership – a chance to take an equity stake in the business that they have built from scratch, and run it as their own without the risk associated with business start-ups.

Graduate training scheme

The Associate will benefit from a 3 month intensive training scheme, involving on site and off site training, mentoring and coaching on all aspects of residential estate agency in a fun environment. Aspects of the training scheme will include:

-the residential sales process and sales cycle

-sales theory, negotiation technique

-registration of buyers and tenants

-legal requirements of the industry

-systems and process training

-overcoming objections

-sales and lettings transaction progression

-business development strategies

-basic P+L reporting and accounting

-running a successful estate agency business

Following graduation from the scheme, the role will involve:

·Conducting specific and generic canvassing and advertising campaigns across the territory

·Managing OMOA (On market other agent) campaigns

·Compiling and managing the potential valuations database and keeping in contact with prospects

·Local networking, professional and personal

·Conducting viewings on available properties

·Registering and qualifying new buyers and tenants and assisting the personal relationship managers in effectively managing their database

·Developing local area knowledge and assisting with the production of a local area guide

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Graduate calibre with minimum 2:1 degree or higher

SALES VALUER - KINGSTON

The Ivy Gate model is unique, ambitious, and revolutionary, focusing on all that’s best in estate agency by offering an end to end, personal service, much like the American “realtor” model, operated from a central location rather than multiple local branches.

Sales Valuer

  • Based in Kingston Upon Thames – covering territories within 10 square miles of this location
  • Permanent
  • Mon-Fri 8:45am – 6pm with alternate Saturdays, or every Saturday as appropriate
  • A competitive basic salary and uncapped commission

Main responsibilities

  • Promote yourself and the company offering within your local community/area through social media/local events/networking
  • To bring property onto the market using the correct comparable evidence to ensure they sell efficiently at the correct market value
  • Making sure your diary is managed correctly to ensure you are able to attend all of the appointments booked by yourself and for yourself by the office team
  • Offering the best customer service without fail to every customer showing interest in the brand
  • Manage our multiple service offerings such as mortgages, legal services etc

Skills

  • 2 Years + experience at Valuer level or above
  • Outstanding customer service, immaculate presentation and attention to detail
  • Good local knowledge and the ability to carry out detailed research to ensure correct pricing and advice
  • A desire to drive forward your own business and progress your career within the company
  • Self motivated and the ability to generate your own leads and opportunities

PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - KT POSTCODES

Personal Relationship Manager

  • Based in Kingston Upon Thames – covering territories within 10 square miles of this location
  • Permanent

  • Representing the brand and build a sustainable and profitable residential sales business

  • Making sure your diary is managed correctly to ensure you are able to attend all of the appointments booked by yourself and for yourself by the office team
  • Offering the best customer service without fail
  • Managing your direct reports
  • Managing your own personal P+L for your territory
  • Business planning and strategic development
  • Manage our multiple service offerings such as mortgages, legal services etc

Skills

  • 5 Years + experience at Assistant Manager level or above
  • Outstanding customer service, immaculate presentation and attention to detail
  • Good local knowledge and the ability to carry out detailed research to ensure correct pricing and advice
  • A desire to drive forward your own business and progress your career within the company
  • Self motivated and the ability to generate your own leads and opportunities
