PERFORMANCE STATISTICS

Performance Statistics

Every agent will tell you they have the best this, the best that.

The proof of our success is in our selling and letting conversion data, and in our customer satisfaction score.

At Ivy Gate, we love stats. We believe that the best way to communicate our performance is to publish our data for everyone to see. So we do. Below are our performance statistics for selling and letting.

We also use a Net Promotor Score to check our service levels. Put simply, the Net Promoter Score is the business standard for evaluating customer satisfaction. You can read more about how we collect this data and our current score. We’re very proud of the results!

Net Promoter Score

What is a net promoter score ?

Extensive research has shown that the Net Promoter Score®, or NPS®, acts as a leading indicator of growth. If an organisation’s NPS is higher than its competitors, they will likely outperform the market. Managing your organisation to improve NPS has been proven to improve  business performance. NPS is the worldwide industry standard as the foundation of a measurement framework that is tightly tied to the customer journey.

The NPS Calculation

The Net Promoter Score is calculated using the answer to a single question, using a 0-10 scale: How likely is it that you would recommend [the business] to a friend or colleague? This is called the Net Promoter Score question or the recommended question.

Respondents are grouped as follows:

Promoters (score 9-10) are loyal enthusiasts who will keep buying and refer others.

Passives (score 7-8) are satisfied but unenthusiastic customers.

Detractors (score 0-6) are unhappy customers who tell others through negative word-of-mouth.

Subtracting the percentage of Detractors from the percentage of Promoters yields the Net Promoter Score, which can range from a low of -100 (if every customer is a Detractor) to a high of 100 (if every customer is a Promoter).

At Ivy Gate, we are proud to have a net promoter score of 96 out of a possible 100.
