When we first met Stuart Ripley we weren’t bombarded with a stereo typical sales pitch or facts about the housing market that we can obtain ourselves from the likes of Zoopla. He simply wanted to know about our years spent in our home, including why we chose this particular house and also if we were to stay, what would we change. These are the things that statistics can’t tell you, but are just as important when buying/selling a home. Through the whole process of selling our house, we were informed and consulted every step of the way and made to feel that we were their sole focus. From out of hours viewings, to evening telephone calls, just to put our minds at rest and no matter who we spoke to at the office, everyone knew of our current position.
