True to form, even the houses in Kingston cater to all different tastes and requirements depending on what your needs are. As it is an old town it is no surprise that the majority of the homes in Kingston are very attractive and characterful period properties from the Victorian, Georgian and Edwardian era, both smaller cottages and large grand homes set on huge plots of land. The area towards New Malden offer homes which are predominantly 1930’s build. With a huge influx of younger buyers and city commuters there has also been enormous investment in newly built modern homes in Kingston, both affordable and luxury, which can be found in the centre of town and along the riverside.
