We aim to respond with feedback to offers made within 24 hours.

We may call you to discuss the offer further, or to request further information. Under the terms of the Property Ombudsman guidelines, we are required to financially qualify all offers before putting forward to our client. We may therefore ask for your permission to have your financial position verified by our mortgage broker.
