Having dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, Ivy Gate is a refreshing Agency to work with. Their ethos is very much against the normal Estate Agent reputation. The staff are incredibly helpful, straightforward and honest. There is no hard sell from them in any respect, I am put off by false promises, over inflated estimates or agents who don't research before they make false claims. I have found Ivy Gate to be the pinnacle of professionalism in all aspects of their business. Charlotte Navarette has been a particular help to me whilst renting out two of my properties, going beyond expectations to make tenant transitions smooth and taking only a day from instruction to getting photographs and my property on the main websites. I would highly recommend using Ivy Gate over the other, perhaps better known agencies.

Fantastic experience working with Charlotte and Askhan. They had our property on the market the day after agreeing to use them, with an extremely detailed description, brand new photos and a 3D floorplan. We had the property on the market with another agent who had arranged 2 viewings a week. Charlotte was running so many viewings that I lost count! The property was let out extremely quickly and we received the exact amount that they valued it at. Highly recommended!

We are moving abroad so we were looking to put our house up for rent. Ivy Gate stood out by miles from the other agencies in the market. The service and support from the first meeting was exceptional. Jack has gone above and beyond a service that is expected. I've had such a great experience so far with Ivy Gate. Wanted to rent out my flat for a short-term and Jack found someone within a couple of weeks! I've been using Ivy Gate rental services for a year now and have been thoroughly impressed with the personal service I have received with Ivy Gate.
I approached Ivy Gate with my very first rental property and have had five star service from the start. What I like is that I have a dedicated team member to talk to. Jack has been with me from the start when I decided to rent out my apartment in Kingston. Being very new to the rental process, Jack explained everything to me in plain simple terms allowing me to make the right decision for me in regarding the rental management. The actual advertisement and photos taken of my flat to market were perfect and captured my property perfectly which helped find tenants quickly. Jack just got on with everything which included all the viewings and vetting of the tenants. He knew exactly what my expectations were and he met them every time.
I have just recently got new tenants in and again, Jack has done a fantastic job finding me great tenants that are perfect for my property.
What with being new to having a rental property, Jack has made my accounting easy and is extremely prompt getting invoices over to me along with any other checks needed to ensure my property is safe and clean and a happy place to rent.
