Having lived in New Malden for many years, with my children attending Burlington School, I’m very passionate about our community. I am a ‘New Malden man’ through and through.
I take my role in our community very seriously and I am proud to be the Chair of Governors at Burlington infants’ school. In addition, I am a frequent attendee at the Maldens and Coombe residents committee.

Rail: Fast trains from New Malden station to Waterloo take 30 minutes, or locals can reach Victoria in 40 minutes via Clapham Junction.

By transferring to Kingston’s regular service there is further access to over 30 routes. Numbers 65 (to Ealing), 85 (to Putney) and 281 (to Hounslow) take passengers north of the river, while the 406 (to Epsom) and 515 (to Guildford) travel into Surrey.

Good local knowledge, and professional approach. Ours was not the most standard of purchases given our specific personal circumstances coupled with some hurdles along the way but Matt was always calm, understanding and professional in handling matters for us as buyers and am sure the same for the vendors.
The Ivy Gate one personal relationship manager approach made things a lot easier than other estate agents where you get passed around from one person to another at various stages of the process. Simple concept really – and as a marketing person myself it makes complete sense, shame others don’t follow the same model.
