Wimbledon is one of my favourite places in London. I lived and worked in Wimbledon Village for five years, and have an in depth knowledge of the local market and the profile of buyers and tenants who come to the area. I specialise in selling houses from £1m – £10m and although I no longer live in the Village I still retain many links to this unique location.

Rail: Fast trains from Wimbledon station to Waterloo take 30 minutes, or Victoria can be reached in 40 minutes via Clapham Junction. There is also the District Line Tube station which provides excellent access to central London.

Bus: Wimbledon’s service has many routes with access to areas throughout SW London and Surrey. From Wimbledon you can access Putney, Hammersmith, Fulham, Southfields, Earlsfield as well as Kingston, Surbiton and New Malden.

Road: 12 miles from the M25, Wimbledon has excellent road connections via the A3, providing good access into central London.

I've been using Ivy Gate rental services for a year now and have been thoroughly impressed with the personal service I have received with Ivy Gate.
I approached Ivy Gate with my very first rental property and have had five star service from the start. What I like is that I have a dedicated team member to talk to. Jack has been with me from the start when I decided to rent out my apartment in Kingston. Being very new to the rental process, Jack explained everything to me in plain simple terms allowing me to make the right decision for me in regarding the rental management. The actual advertisement and photos taken of my flat to market were perfect and captured my property perfectly which helped find tenants quickly. Jack just got on with everything which included all the viewings and vetting of the tenants. He knew exactly what my expectations were and he met them every time.
I have just recently got new tenants in and again, Jack has done a fantastic job finding me great tenants that are perfect for my property.
What with being new to having a rental property, Jack has made my accounting easy and is extremely prompt getting invoices over to me along with any other checks needed to ensure my property is safe and clean and a happy place to rent.
