Wimbledon is one of my favourite places in London. I lived and worked in Wimbledon Village for five years, and have an in depth knowledge of the local market and the profile of buyers and tenants who come to the area. I specialise in selling houses from £1m – £10m and although I no longer live in the Village I still retain many links to this unique location.

Rail: Fast trains from Wimbledon station to Waterloo take 30 minutes, or Victoria can be reached in 40 minutes via Clapham Junction. There is also the District Line Tube station which provides excellent access to central London.

Bus: Wimbledon’s service has many routes with access to areas throughout SW London and Surrey. From Wimbledon you can access Putney, Hammersmith, Fulham, Southfields, Earlsfield as well as Kingston, Surbiton and New Malden.

Road: 12 miles from the M25, Wimbledon has excellent road connections via the A3, providing good access into central London.

I can't recommend Ivy Gate highly enough after they sold a property for us recently. Unlike other estate agents I have used, they were always available and kept me updated throughout the process. Charlotte had full understanding of what she is doing and was able to explain to me step by step at each stage what would be happening and why etc. Very helpful.
