Straight from the top, going into the sale of my marital home before a call was made, estate agents and solicitors.were at the very bottom of my likes career wise. Hows this for a turnaround, Hetal from Ivy Gate estate agents, I would say honestly that she is genuinely one of the loveliest people I have ever met, far more than merely an estate agent, she puts everything in and makes you feel like you are her only client, never one to hold back with honesty, Hetal tells you in her own moreish manner exactly how it is, other estate agents only ever think about what they can get, not this lady and her rates are way too low for the service she provides. I could go on for hours singing her praise, instead of harping on though, I'll say simply this, if you are buying or selling, make Hetal & Ivy Gate your first and only phone call

Ivy Gate has been managing our two rented properties for nearly three years now . They have a different, more flexible and responsive approach to management compared to other agencies used in the past. We deal with Jack as a single point of contact and he knows every detail about the properties, the tenancy agreements and our own requirements. There has never been a problem with finding new tenants, arranging tenancy agreements, sorting out check-in / check-out reports, extending tenancies etc. Highly recommended.

We’ve been really impressed by Stuart and his team at Ivy Gate throughout the process. He knows the local market(s) and gave us a dedicated and professional service from start to finish. There’s no doubt it’s a more bespoke service and as the client, we definitely felt that - much more so that we would have got with other agents’ locally.
