I bought my home through Ivy Gate, recently. I was very pleased with the way the whole process was managed. Hetal was very professional, friendly and extremely prompt in responding to queries. She makes use of technology (in this case she created a whatsapp group between us to post updates) to make the process smooth and track it through to completion.

Stuart stood out from the other agents right from the start. He showed a real interest in my home and made useful suggestions about small improvements to help a sale. His valuation was fair and he was well informed about the area.
Stuart was always quick to answer queries and kept me updated throughout the process. I also met Clare who looks after the viewings and she was bubbly and enthusiastic about my home.
The whole process was handled very professionally by the team. I would highly recommend Ivy Gate. A great service.

I couldn’t talk more highly of Stuart and his colleagues at Ivy Gate. We have recently done a house Swap that was orchestrated and managed by Stuart and his team. They were always easy to contact and replied to our many queries promptly which was so reassuring. They went far and beyond what they needed to do and it made the entire process as stress free as it can be!

My wife and I have used Ivy Gate to find tenants for our 4 Flats for 10 years plus now.
We can`t fault the service they provide, nothing is to much effort from finding clients to moving them in for us.
I would highly recommend Ivy Gate to any Landlord with a property to let.

5* plus. To quantify my review, I was an Estate Agent for 15 years and had to sell a property in Borehamwood. When we hit a problem, i thought i would be a pain to Hetal with what I expected. I didnt get a chance as Hetal was always on it, phoning me first and often updating me before my solicitor. Naura was proactive throughout with extra viewings along the way in case. Our purchasers solicitors were naive to say the least and Hetal had to work hard to push them. Without a shadow of doubt Ivygate went over and above. Hetal was the most amenable right from the start even with the valuation, to suit me and always always got back to me, i was never left wondering what was happening overnight. Very professional all round. Thank you girls. x
