Although this is classed as a Terraced house it doesn’t feel like it, as the houses are staggered and you never hear the neighbours, so it’s a very quiet location. We also have a big garden which is beautiful all year round and we are not particularly overlooked. We like New Malden and Kingston town centres, but Canbury Gardens next to the river on a Sunday is hard to beat and a real place to feel the community – best kept secret as we think it is kind of nicer and less crowded than Richmond Park! There are times living here when it feels like you are a million miles from London – you can almost sense the big lung of Richmond Park next door, it is a quiet and civilised setting yet so convenient in every other way.
