We’re open 7 days a week from 8am until 8pm. We are used to operating remotely, and can operate out of hours too. Most of our clients and customers use text, WhatsApp and Skype to communicate with their relationship manager. We can provide updates in real time when most other agents are closed.

What kind of clients do you work with?
We are specialists in apartments, flats, bungalows and family homes. Most of our homes fall in the £1,200 pcm to £4,000 pcm price brackets, although we do let properties out of this price range too. Whilst we are not constrained by geography and therefore can list and sell any property in the UK, we currently specialise in Surrey and South West London.
Are you regulated?
Yes, we are members of the Ombudsman scheme for estate agents for both sales and lettings, as well as ARLA (The Association of Residential Letting Agents). Why should I register with you? Can't I just look on rightmove and Zoopla?
Whilst you can easily set up email alerts on rightmove, Zoopla and PrimeLocation as well as searching our own website, it is always better to register your details with one of our Personal Relationship Managers. In doing so, you will be notified of new properties first, sometimes before they even reach the market, which gives you an advantage over those who prefer a more passive search.
