There are a number of costs involved in renting a property which are important to be aware of before starting the process.

|Reservation Fee; This is payable when your offer is accepted and ensures the property is taken off the market. This fee is not an additional fee, it is part of the deposit, taken in advance and will be deducted when it comes to paying the remainder of the balance due prior to move in.||£400|
