Our entry level service. For a one off up-front fee you can list your property on all the major portals including rightmove, zoopla and primelocation. Our ‘lite’ option is designed for people who want to manage their sale or let themselves. We will provide all the tools you need to market your property; photographs, floorplans, a sale board and a listing on all the major UK portals. When we generate enquires, we screen the buyers and tenants and if they are suitable, we will arrange the viewings with you. You will then conduct the viewings. Crucially we will still negotiate offers on your behalf; an element which most clients feel less comfortable with and an advantage over conventional online approaches. When a sale or let is agreed, you manage the process to completion or move in. A simple, cost effective way to be your own estate agent, with the our support, providing all the tools you need to market your property effectively.

Who is this service suitable for?
Our basic service is designed for those who simply want their property online but don’t want a full service from their estate agent. The client would be responsible for their own viewings. However, unlike the National online agents, you have the benefit of a truly local point of contact who can help and advise throughout the process, not a call centre.

How does this compare to other agents?
Our simple one off fixed fee of £750 is incredibly competitive in the market. Pricing for online estate agents ranges from £475 to £1500 (source: homeowners alliance). However, the online agents rarely conduct accompanied viewings, negotiate offers, progress sales, or have local representatives. These service options normally come at an additional cost from the list price. With Ivy Gate, you get all the features of a low cost listing only option but with the additional benefit of our award winning customer service.

We’re open 7 days a week from 8am until 8pm. We are used to operating remotely, and can therefore operate out of hours too. Most of our clients and customers use text, What’sApp and Skype to communicate with their relationship manager. We can provide updates in real time when most other agents are closed. Most of our viewings take place after 6pm, a time when most other estate agents are closed. Our unique business model let’s us operate at times to suit our clients.
You can stay in touch at any time, 24 hours a day, with our vendor portal. Clients can log in to see the key information about their home; viewings, feedback, offers and property statistics can be viewed online with our secure login. We can also provide regular updates via this portal, so we won’t disturb you at work, you can keep up to date at your convenience.

We are members of ‘The Property Ombudsman’ for sales and lettings, and follow their strict guidelines and code of practice.
