Our standard service is for those who really want their home to stand out from the crowd, with professional photography from our award winning photographer, 2D and 3D floor plans and listings on all the major UK portals, rightmove, zoopla and primelocation as well as on our own website, ivygate.co.uk.
We will look after everything for you; we will arrange and accompany all viewings and provide honest feedback in real time. We are available 7 days a week from 8am until 8pm, and often operate out of these hours too.
Our standard service is perfect for those who want a single point of contact throughout, for busy professionals and families who want a personal approach without sales spin, jargon or secrecy. If you simply want to hand over the keys and let us look after everything else, this is the service for you.

How does this compare to other agents?

With 30 years’ experience in the architectural and commercial property field, we are proud to work exclusively in conjunction with Lourdas photography, offering professional and personalised presentation of our property portfolio. Practised in contemporary and conventional projects, they create interesting and dynamic images. Using advanced digital equipment, their in-house digital manipulation team can provide images in any format and size and their photographers are fully qualified members of the British Institute of Professional Photography (BIPP).
We’re open 7 days a week from 8am until 8pm. We are used to operating remotely, and can therefore operate out of hours too. Most of our clients and customers use text, What’sApp and Skype to communicate with their relationship manager. We can provide updates in real time when most other agents are closed. Most of our viewings take place after 6pm, a time when most other estate agents are closed. Our unique business model let’s us operate at times to suit our clients.
You can stay in touch at any time, 24 hours a day, with our vendor portal. Clients can log in to see the key information about their home; viewings, feedback, offers and property statistics can be viewed online with our secure login. We can also provide regular updates via this portal, so we won’t disturb you at work, you can keep up to date at your convenience.
