You are assigned a Personal Relationship Director, a highly experienced property professional with over 10 years experience. He or she will oversee the production of all pre-launch collateral, professional photography, bespoke brochure creation and consult with you to make sure the marketing is to the highest possible standards.

They will conduct all viewings personally to ensure that there is total continuity in the level of service from start to finish. In addition, they will handle every aspect of the sale, from sourcing quotations for any pre-launch remedial works to removal and storage companies.

If you are rarely at home or live overseas, your home is in safe hands. We operate 7 days a week 8am to 8pm and for our Premium service clients we can operate out of these hours too. When you instruct us, you can be confident that you are getting the very best in estate agency from real professionals who are committed to delivering uncompromising standards of customer care.

You will deal with only our most senior staff, no trainees or office juniors. We are of course supported by an administrative and marketing team, but every critical element of the transaction (marketing, launch, viewings, offer negotiation, sales progression) is handled by your own dedicated Personal Relationship Director.
