After completing my A Levels at a college in New Malden, I made the decision that University wasn’t for me and went straight in to full time work at the local Waitrose where I stayed for 2 years. As much as I enjoyed working there, it was never a long term career option for me and as I had always been interested in property, I embarked on my estate agency career in 2010.
I started my career at a well known National brand in one of their local offices in Surbiton. After a short but very successful time I was appointed as the Lettings Manager in Kingston and was responsible for growing the business through market share development and delivering the best customer service the High Street could offer. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Kingston and very quickly was managing a portfolio of more than 200 units.
My time managing Kingston came to an end in December 2015 when my partner and I decided to take time out and see some of the world. We managed to spend New Years Eve in Sydney which was absolutely magical, ‘camper vanned’ up through the East Coast of Australia, hopped on a coach tour through both Islands in New Zealand and had a short but wonderful stay in Hong Kong. We finished with three beautiful and very busy weeks in Vietnam and an extremely eye opening and cultural experience in Sri Lanka.
The whole trip lasted five unforgettable months and we were lucky enough to see some amazing events, meet some great people and be included in some once in a lifetime activities. The best moments were definitely swimming with over 200 wild dolphins, white water rafting through a crazy river and trekking for 19 KM over a volcano!
Once I had returned from travelling, I began my search for a new and challenging role within the property industry. Having seen how the industry has changed over the past few years, I wanted to find a business which had adapted to the changing nature of customer search and provided a higher level of customer service than it’s competitors.
When I met up with the team from Ivy Gate, I was instantly drawn to their unique personal approach to estate agency, their focus on excellence in customer service and their ambitious plans for the future. I am delighted to be working along side such a fantastic team and look forward to helping to develop the Ivy Gate brand throughout the local area.

I would take some time out with my family, pay off the mortgage and have a long holiday. I would then look at buying a bigger family home, and finally venture into development opportunities and investing in my local community.When I'm Not Working
I am spending time with my wife, daughter and son, taking long walks, watching a movie or going to see the animals at the farm! If time permits, I might take to the golf course too.Interests
